Note: A third party recently manufactured Mica motes and 
programming board using these schematics. Guido Muesch 
reported these errors in the Mica Programming Board schematics:

    * D1 is oriented in the wrong direction in the gerber files 
      (but ok in the schematics). This resulted in the Reset signal 
      not coming through.
    * R14 is a 100k resistor in the schematics. That is far too 
      high to get a signal into the parallel port. We changed it 
      to 100 ohm, working fine.
